Borderless hydrocolloid dressing

Ultra-thin hydrocolloid dressing, also known as edge-free hydrocolloid dressing, is a new type of wound care material widely used in clinical and home care settings. Its surface is made of medical-grade polyurethane film, which features excellent waterproof, breathable, bacteria-blocking, soft and skin-friendly properties. The middle layer is composed of hydrocolloid with strong liquid absorption capacity—each gram can absorb exudate up to 15 times its own weight. The product uses low-sensitizing adhesive, minimizing the risk of allergies. Additionally, its edge-free design allows for more flexible cutting and application, enabling better adaptation to irregular wound shapes. It is suitable for superficial wounds, minimally invasive surgeries, plastic and aesthetic procedures.

Each piece of the product is individually packaged and sterilized by R-sterilization/EO sterilization, ensuring sterility and convenience.

It is waterproof and breathable, which can provide a moist healing environment for wounds while reducing and blocking the contact of external bacteria and contaminants.
